kelly Shrum, Owner & President
Kelly is a licensed pesticide applicator and operator in the states of Oregon and Washington. He oversees all aspects of the business including compliance and technical training. Kelly is laser-focused on leading the company in a way that is in keeping with his grandfather’s and father’s focus on the customer. In his spare time Kelly enjoys exploring and rockcrawling in the jeeps with his family and participating in his children’s sports activities.
holli shrum, Chief Operations Officer
Holli is the “Voice of the Company” and rightfully so. She greets everyone with a smile and sets the tone for the experiences our customers have interacting with our company. Holli is also responsible for all scheduling and oversees all operations including back office administration and billing. When Holli is not answering phones and scheduling jobs, she is at the center of her family’s busy sports and school activity schedules.
